R.S. Knapp Co., Inc.  (Napco)  was founded in Lyndhurst, New Jersey in 1946 by Bob and Ruth Knapp.  In 1948, Mr. James O'Keefe was hired as the first full time employee.  Jim O'Keefe was made a Junior Partner in 1950, and by 1959, he had purchased the remaining shares.  He continued to expand the business by adding new products and opening branch offices in Edison, New Jersey and Elmsford, New York.  

Now in business for over 60 years, Napco has built valuable long term relationships with design firms, manufacturers, and contractors throughout the tri-state area due to the expertise of our sales and service personnel, the active customer focus of all our employees, and a multitude of technologically advanced products / services.  The strong sales and financial performance of our company is a direct result of a TEAM of competent professionals bringing a value-added approach to providing solutions to our customers' needs.  Napco is the largest reprographic company in the state of New Jersey.

Gary J. Wilbur : President and CEO : 15 years in present position.  Certified Public Accountant.  Formerly Partner in a big five National Accounting Firm, Partner in charge of the Small Business Division.  Currently on the Board of Directors of the International Reprographics Association (IRGA), and on the Xerox Engineering Systems Dealer Advisory Board. Past president of Firepower group, (National association of largest engineering equipment dealers).

Jim M. O’Keefe : Executive Vice President : 25 years in Reprographics Industry.  Past president of Eastern Regional Reprographics Association (ERRA). Has served on Boards of local Meadowlands educational and charitable causes. Past President of the Reprographic Services Associations (RSA), a nationwide document distribution network of affiliates to deliver design and construction documentation same-day throughout the USA.

Mark Corey : Operations Manager : 10 years in Reprographic Industry. Formally CEO for Universal Gyms Inc.  Also a Certified Public Accountant.  Extensive knowledge in customized accounting system billing procedures, which are project specific.

Brian Carlin : Director of Sales : 25 years experience in the AEC Reprographic Industry.  Formerly Napco’s On-Site Facilities Management Consultant in NYC, for developing On-Site Reprographic Solutions.

Kevin O’Keefe : Internet Services Manager : 15 years experience in Reprographics industry.  A highly knowledgeable person in Web Based bidding solutions for the AEC industry. Co-developer of the web based construction bidding and coordination software called BidSet Manager.

Michael O'Keefe : Manager Computer Graphics : Products and Services : 20 years in the Reprographic Industry with significant AutoCAD experience.  Responsibilities include daily management activities of the Computer Plotting/Printing and Graphics Department.

Norman Bedard : Production Manager :  30 years in the Reprographic Industry with 20 years as Manager.  Responsibilities directed toward Quality Control Procedures and supervising customer time requirements. Well versed in all reprographic processes.

David Martinez : Edison Branch Manager: 10 years in the Reprographic Industry. Well versed in all reprographic processes.

Tony Guido: Elmsford Branch Manager: 15 years in the Reprographic Industry. Well versed in all reprographic processes.

Don Correia: Ewing Branch Manager: 25 years in the Reprographic Industry. 15 years as  part owner of Commercial Graphics. Well versed in all reprographic processes.
