Our proprietary NapTrak software includes incredible AEC tools for viewing, tracking, and organizing your project documents PLUS business tools to aid in getting reimbursements from clients (including automatic invoice generation with a click) and/or tracking overhead calculations... all making you more efficient and productive.

• View. Users who do not have CAD software or CAD knowledge can access, view, or print files easily without leaving their desk, with very little learning curve... reducing the demand and cost of AutoCAD network licenses.

• Create "electronic flat files."
  Simply click to view or print a project’s printing activity, combined monthly report for all projects, or invoices for reimbursable billing.

• Track and easily organize project documents locally on your computer or network... Track plots automatically when printing from AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT (must be version 2000 or above).

• Save jobs for future printing, viewing, or long term archiving.

• Rename scanned drawings in a production environment. (This feature allows NapTrak users to page through the drawings and view the information in the title block while renaming the file).

• If your plotter does not have the ability to produce multiple collated sets, NapTrak gives you the ability.

• Use NapTrak to place service calls, order printer & copier supplies, and send printing jobs to Napco if your printer is down or busy.

• Queue your files for placement in your Online PlanRoom. (Simply load your files into NapTrak, click the send to Napco button, enter your PlanRoom™ ID number, and check the JSOL PlanRoom box. It’s simple!)
